業務内容は、プロジェクト管理と取引に関するサポート、プレゼンテーション資料の準備、また、アイデアや知見のクライアントへの提案等が含まれます。 金融モデリング、評価分析、顧客プレゼンテーション、市場調査を担当し、ご経験に応じて、ジュニアスタッフのサポートも行います。 クライアントに寄添い、契約やその他の取引関連文書を判読・管理し、会社を代表するバンカーとして認識されることが期待されます。 その後は社内にてシニアバンカーに成長することが期待されます。
役割/責任
  • 日本/アジア地域の顧客をサポートし、クロスボーダーM&A取引の案件立案と執行を率い、他国のオフィスのプロジェクトも適切に支援する
  • 国内外のシニア層をサポートしながら、マーケティングリードと新しいビジネスアイデアの創造に従事する
  • バイサイド、セルサイド、コーポレート・カーブ・アウト、クロスボーダーM&A等を含む、事業会社様の様々なM&A契約の分析に基づいて、財務及びシナジー評価、技術的成果物を定義し、資料を準備する
  • クライアントの戦略的ソリューションを支援する際に、コアドバイザー、クライアントの弁護士及びその他のアドバイザーとの調整業務を実施する
  • 守秘義務契約、合併契約、売却リースバック契約、資産購入契約、その他の付随文書および取引マーケティング資料を含む、主要な取引文書の交渉と準備を支援する
  • デューデリジェンスサポート、売り手とターゲットの事業計画、成長見通し、財務実績の評価を支援する
  • 評価分析、比較可能な企業分析、先例取引分析、レバレッジドバイアウト分析、割引キャッシュフロー分析等の多様な手法を適用する
  • シニアクライアントチームメンバーとのミーティングに参加する
  • クライアントの取締役会やその他の上層管理職のプレゼンテーション資料の準備
  • 財務及び戦略的な作業計画を作成し、利用可能なリソースの管理、権限付与を行う

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of HCMC and other Southeast Asia offices and liaise with outsourced service providers
  • Plan and coordinate travel itineraries including airline, hotel, meetings and ground transportation
  • Set up internal/external conference calls, meetings and events
  • Conduct internet and library research on existing and prospective companies
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a must
  • At least 3 years of working experience as an executive administrative assistant or in other secretarial position
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
