Singapore, Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam will all benefit, at Hong Kong\u2019s expense,\u201d said <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ACoAAAAP7ygBdBrkQV6qTALSE3bgPPFc8Odwvmw\/\" target=\"_blank\">Euan Rellie<\/a>, an investment bank with a focus on Asia. \u201cThe new law is likely to come at significant financial and diplomatic cost,\u201d he said. \u201cWe\u2019ve seen the Hong Kong dollar weaken against the US dollar already.
