The facility also offers critical acoustic engineering and design services to its customer base via a state-of-the-art R&amp;D Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bose and Luxshare will work together, post-transaction, to continue providing Bose\u2019s global automotive OEM customer base with premium sound systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alex Ditchfield, Managing Director and Head of New York, BDA Partners, said, \u201cBDA has a long and successful record of advising on transactions between leading US and Asian companies.
