SCPE acquired the stake in AGPPS from VOF Investment Ltd (\u201cVinaCapital\u201d) and DWS Vietnam Fund Ltd (\u201cDWS\u201d) for a cash consideration of approximately US$90m. BDA acted as financial adviser to VinaCapital and DWS on the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>SCPE will provide strategic input into the agribusiness company\u2019s business planning and support the management in its development plans.<\/p>\n<p>Bert Kwan, Head of Southeast Asia (excluding Indonesia) at SCPE, commented: \u201cWe are extremely pleased to be an investor in one of Vietnam\u2019s flagship enterprises.
