Business Development Asia LLC (\u201cBDA\u201d) has been named \u201cInvestment Banking Firm of the Year\u201d by The M&A Advisor. \u00a0BDA won the same award in 2010.\u00a0 The M&A Advisor Awards and Summit is one of the most authoritative annual investment banking events. \u00a0It celebrates the accomplishments of leading advisory firms and dealmakers, and provides a forum for \u201cthought leaders.\u201d<\/p>\n

The M&A Advisor also honored 2012 Lifetime Achievement Award Winners David Bonderman, Chairman of TPG; Jack Butler, Partner at Skadden, Arps; Mario Garnero; Rajiv Luthra; Alexis Rodzianko and Wang Wei.<\/p>\n

Euan Rellie spoke on a summit panel entitled \u201cChina\/U.S. Investment: A Nuanced Landscape.\u201d Justine Mannering, Director in BDA\u2019s New York office, was a panelist in the session \u201cEmerging Markets \u2013 M&A in the BRICs & Next 11.\u201d<\/p>\n

BDA has so far closed sixteen transactions in 2012, working for clients such as Edenred, General Bearing, ICICI, Larsen & Toubro, Prudential plc, Sofipa, SRG Global, TATA Motors, Totoku Electric, and Wockhardt. \u00a02012 has been a record year for the firm, and BDA is moving into 2013 with a record pipeline of new business.<\/p>\n

With 16 years of cross-border transaction experience, BDA has become the largest pan-Asian investment banking firm.\u00a0 BDA is advising on an increasing flow of outbound M&A from Asia.\u00a0 This trend will accelerate in the coming years.<\/p>\n
