Business Development Asia LLC (\u201cBDA\u201d) has won two more\u00a0industry awards at the Asia Pacific M&A Atlas Awards held by the Global M&A Network in Hong Kong. BDA was awarded \u201cBoutique M&A Investment Bank of the Year\u201d and \u201cCross Border M&A Deal of the Year\u201d for its work on MKS Instruments\u2019 acquisition of Plasmart Inc.<\/p>\n

The 5th<\/sup> Annual Asia Pacific M&A Atlas Awards is part of the Global M&A Network\u2019s M&A Atlas Awards global brand, which honors top deals, deal teams, and outstanding firms from the Asia Pacific and Oceanic mergers & acquisitions, corporate, and private equity deal communities.<\/p>\n

For 2012, a total of seventeen deals won across 12 categories of Asia Pacific deal awards and 5 regional deal award categories of China, Japan, South East Asia, South Korea and Oceanic awards from a competitive pool of 293 deals evaluated this year per eligibility standards.<\/p>\n

Seventeen firms were honored in the outstanding \u201cFirm of the Year\u201d categories for successfully closing exceptional deals that demonstrated the winning firm\u2019s regional and global resourcefulness, depth of expertise, excellence in client service, firm leadership and talents of the team. BDA won the \u201cBoutique M&A Investment Bank of the Year\u201d category.<\/p>\n
