Sijin Lee is a Vice President in BDA’s Seoul office. Before joining BDA, he was a Senior Manager at PwC Korea and has nearly a decade of experience advising on a wide range of M&A transactions.

Before joining BDA, he spent nearly a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Samil PwC), where he advised leading Korean conglomerates, financial groups, and private equity firms on a broad range of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. His experience spans a wide range of sectors, including Physical AI, batteries, healthcare, chemicals, industrials, and automotive. Sijin holds a BA in English Language & Literature and Business Administration from Korea University. He is a Korea Certified Public Accountant (KICPA) and is fluent in both Korean and English.
