BDA hires Wei Ng to strengthen Tech Services platform

BDA Partners has hired Wei Ng as a Vice President in the Tech Services practice, based in New York.

Before BDA, he worked for seven years for Avendus Capital, in Technology Services Investment Banking in New York.

Wei has closed a large number of transactions across multiple sub-sectors including AI, Bioinformatics, Cloud Solutions, Data Analytics, Digital Engineering, Enterprise Technology, Fintech, IT Services, and Software.

His transactions include: the sale of Chenoa to 3Pillar Global, the sale of Xoriant to ChrysCapital, a capital raise for Celebal Technologies backed by Norwest Venture Partners, the sale of Vasta Global to Omega Healthcare, the sale of GAVS Technologies to Kedaara Capital, the sale of Standav to Brillio, and the sale of Accion Labs to TA Associates.

Before Avendus, he spent two years at Evolve, a boutique Investment Bank in New York focused on Technology M&A, and at Arisaig Partners in Singapore.
