Ruari Sinclair is a Director based in London. Before joining BDA Mr Sinclair worked on the PwC M&A Advisory Team in London and was seconded to Hong Kong for two years in the M&A Transaction Services Team where he gained transactional experience in retail & consumer, professional services, industrial and technology sectors for multi-national corporations, Chinese state-owned enterprises, and private equity sponsors.

Before that he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC Audit in London.  Mr Sinclair holds a BA in Business Accounting and Finance from Newcastle University, UK and has completed the Executive Education course in Private Equity at Oxford Said Business School.
