We’re clear sighted about what we can achieve in the future.”

Charles Maynard, co-founder and Senior Managing Director commented, “BDA will keep building on what we do well: cross-border M&A involving Asia. We’re grateful to our clients, who continue to re-hire us on increasingly ambitious, bigger and strategically important transactions. We’re resolutely committed to providing excellent, focused, effective advice.”

We’ve carefully assembled and trained a pre-eminent team, from Managing Directors down to our junior staff. We’ve established a strong footprint of offices, including now Ho Chi Minh City and Singapore. The macro-economic environment, and the increasing importance of Asia, will help us deliver more successful outcomes for more clients.”
