Quang (Lucius) Hoang is an Analyst based in HCMC.

Before joining BDA, Lucius was a Senior Analyst at Astris Finance, where he specialized in the infrastructure and energy sector, advising on cross-border M&A, project finance, and HoldCo financing transactions in Southeast Asia. He holds a Master’s in Financial Analysis from London Business School (United Kingdom) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University (Canada). He is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
