M365 Specialist at BDA Mumbai or London
Role of the M365 Specialist
BDA is looking to hire a global Microsoft 365 Specialist with immediate effect to be based out of its Mumbai or London office. The role is global, reporting into the IT Director, based in London. The Operations team consists of six people, split between London, New York and Hong Kong, Singapore & Tokyo with substantial interaction across our other Asian offices. You will be working closely together with the COO, the Senior Managing Partners and Operations team, in particular the Technology Manager, and will be deepening our integration and usage of Microsoft 365 products.
We are a very data-driven organisation, utilising rigorous cybersecurity measures and complex automations and so the ideal candidate will possess a technical edge.
The Specialist will be very familiar with Microsoft Power BI, as BDA is looking to set up an SQL (Azure hosted) database with external data connections, presented in Power BI dashboards and reports. Being well versed in Azure Active Directory and Intune Endpoint Manager are key competencies; we use Azure and Intune extensively for cybersecurity, device enrolment, endpoint management, group management and more. We aim to refine our processes with the use of PowerShell and further configuration within key Microsoft admin centres – both of which will be spear-headed by the Microsoft 365 Specialist.
Solid experience in operations or related roles is desirable. Experience in Financial Services / M&A is a plus.

Role of the Temporary M&A Salesforce Data Entry Assistant
BDA is seeking a Temporary M&A Salesforce Data Entry Assistant to join our investment banking firm to be based out of its HCMC office and reporting to the Head of Global FSG and FSG team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our Salesforce system.
The ideal candidate for the role should have exceptional analytical abilities, a structured, data-driven approach to problem solving and an aptitude for working with a diverse team with different work styles.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities are centred on providing data entry support to the FSG team including but not restricted to:
- Maintaining and updating data into Salesforce, including contact and account details, investment updates, opportunities / deals data, and other relevant information by entering and verifying the accurate data
- Reviewing the accuracy of the existing data
- Collaborating with the banker and FSG team to ensure data accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the system
- Working with team members to resolve any data entry discrepancies or issues
- Generating reports and analyse data to support business operations
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the Company

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and data entry procedures
- Knowledge of Investment Banking
- Sharp analytical abilities and a structured, data-driven approach to clarifying, scoping and solving problems
- Critical & flexible thinking
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong business acumen
Desirable (‘Bonus’) Competencies
The following competencies are not considered strictly required for the role but will be considered advantageous. We will be looking for candidates that can provide evidence of as many of the below competencies as possible.
- Knowledge of M&A processes
- Experience from working in a cross-border organisation
- Experience from working with Asian countries / working in Asia
- Knowledge of Salesforce
