BDA named Outstanding Cross-Border Investment Bank of the Year
BDA Partners was named Outstanding Cross-Border Investment Bank at the 13th Annual M&A Atlas Awards.
BDA was also awarded APAC Deal of the Year, for advising SK Engineering & Construction, subsidiary of SK Group, on the acquisition of EMC Holdings from Affirma Capital.

BDA has announced 25 transactions year-to-date, surpassing last year’s deal volume already. We expect to close the year strongly. We will be reporting several more transactions over the coming weeks.
