BDA Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Rakus Co Ltd, a prominent SaaS company in Japan, has agreed to sell its subsidiary Rakus Partners to BREXA Holdings.
BREXA is the 3rd largest human resources company in Japan, and the 9th largest in the world, with more than 120,000 employees globally. It was formerly known as OUTSOURCING. It was acquired by Bain Capital in March 2024, and launched its new brand “BREXA” in 2025.
BDA Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to Rakus on the transaction.
Rakus Partners, headquartered in Tokyo, provides IT staffing services to high-end markets such as cloud and machine learning. Going forward, BREXA plans to leverage Rakus Partners’ robust business foundation, while using its global management resources to drive further growth.
