BDA named Investment Banking Firm of the Year, 2010

Business Development Asia LLC (“BDA”) has been named Investment Banking Firm of the Year by The M&A Advisor.

Now in its 9th year, the 2010 M&A Advisor Awards and Summit celebrates the accomplishments of the top M&A professionals and brings together 400 of the world’s top dealmakers for an exclusive symposium featuring 50 industry leaders in Roundtable Forums. The M&A Advisor inducted several Lifetime Achievement Award recipients into its Hall of Fame: Pete Peterson; David Morgenthaler; John Castle; Wilbur Ross; Charles W. Downer, Robert “Steve” Miller, and Bruce Wasserstein (posthumously).

BDA also won three awards for representing Pfizer in the sale of an animal vaccine business in China to Harbin Pharmaceutical, partly owned by Warburg Pincus and CITIC Capital.
