  • Internship at BDA New York

    BDA Partners is seeking highly motivated Intern-Analysts for its New York office. BDA provides an excellent opportunity to work with high profile clients in cross-border deals involving Asia across selected sectors focusing on sellside, buyside and capital raising.

    The prospective candidate will provide project management and execution support on complex transactions and prepare presentation materials to communicate key messages to clients and counterparties. Specific duties will include assistance in the preparation of financial models, valuation analysis, marketing documentation and research.

      • Participate in meetings and add value to the discussions

    Job Qualifications for an Analyst Intern:

    We are interested in candidates who meet the following criteria. Prior experience in finance or banking is highly desirable.

    • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and shows initiative
    • Excellent analytical skills, with fundamental understanding of financial statements and valuation principles and techniques
    • Superior knowledge of advanced tools in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
    • An outstanding appreciation for accuracy of information and clean, perfect formatting
    • Clear, confident social and communication abilities (both written and verbal) to interact in a natural, compelling manner with senior executives
    • Adherence to strict confidentiality
    • A strong interest in Asia and desire to develop a career in Asian M&A
    • Good commercial sense and an interest and inherent curiosity in businesses, their operations and strategies
    • Fluency in English

  • Internship Investment Banking / M&A Asia Mumbai
