Wei Ng is a Vice President based in New York.

Prior to BDA, he worked at Avendus Capital’s Technology Services Investment Banking practice in New York for over six years. He has closed over a dozen transactions across various sub-segments within Technology Services. Select transactions include the sale of Chenoa to 3Pillar Global, sale of Xoriant to ChrysCapital, fundraise of Celebal Technologies by Norwest Venture Partners, sale of Vasta Global to Omega Healthcare, sale of GAVS Technologies to Kedaara Capital, sale of Standav to Brillio, and sale of Accion Labs to TA Associates. Prior to Avendus, he spent two years at a lower middle market Investment Bank focused on Technology M&A. Mr. Ng graduated Magna Cum Laude from Columbia University with a BA in Financial Economics.
