BDA Partners was founded in 1996, with the goal of providing premium, Asia-focused M&A advice. Many of us have been lucky to work together as one team serving excellent clients over more than two decades, building the business into the largest independent M&A advisory house focused on Asia.

From the outset, we have been focused on providing premium, Asia-focused M&A advice to both private equity firms and large corporate clients. Today, more than 85% of our revenues are generated from sellside transactions.

Our transactions have become increasingly multi-polar, with a significant amount of intra-Asia dealflow. With more than 100 dedicated bankers globally, we continue to provide independent, specialised advice across our six dedicated sectors, covering Chemicals, Consumer & Retail, Health, Industrials, Services and Technology.
