BDA announces senior banker promotions

BDA Partners is pleased to announce the promotion of several senior bankers to positions across its global offices. BDA continues to grow and develop its team of sector focused bankers, as a leader in cross-border M&A involving Asia.

Jonathan Aiken is promoted to Managing Director in London. Since joining BDA in 2007, Mr. Aiken has been playing an increasingly important role in managing client relationships, winning new mandates, and leading transactions. He is a seasoned banker in cross-border transactions across Europe, and is now leading the BDA London office on a day-to-day basis.

Huong Trinh is promoted to Managing Director in Ho Chi Minh City. Ms. Trinh has 10 years’ experience in initiating and leading pioneering cross-border transactions involving Vietnam. Since joining BDA in 2018, Ms. Trinh has been managing BDA’s Ho Chi Minh office and has been instrumental in building BDA’s strong pipeline of Vietnam-related work.

Shinya Kimura is promoted to Director in Tokyo. Mr. Kimura joined BDA in 2017, and has worked on many BDA transactions involving Japanese companies, playing an indispensable role in driving BDA’s growth in Japan, especially in the consumer and industrial sectors.
