Alexander Ditchfield is a Managing Director based in New York. Clients for whom he has advised on transactions include Aterian Investment Partners, CHS, CITIC Capital, Kerry, Littlejohn, On Semi, MacLean-Fogg, Molex, and Pfizer, among others.

Prior to moving to New York in 2016, he worked in BDA’s Shanghai and Hong Kong offices for seven years.

Before joining BDA, he worked on policy for the European Union’s SWITCH-Asia and Asia Invest projects, promoting sustainable development, trade and investment flow between EU and Asia, at the EU Project Incubation (EUPIC) Centre in Chengdu, China. He graduated with a BSc in Economics from Cardiff University in the UK. He speaks Mandarin and English.
