An Trac is a Vice President based in Ho Chi Minh City. Before joining BDA, he worked as a Deputy Head of M&A at Vingroup, the Largest Vietnam listed conglomerate, where he was primarily responsible for various corporate finance projects, including M&A, IPO, and equity fundraising for the group and its subsidiaries.

Before that, he was an Investment Manager and Head of Vietnam at Creador Sdn Bhd, a private equity firm focused on South and Southeast Asia. Before joining Creador in 2020, Mr. Trac also had more than 5 years of experience in private equity with Maj Invest and VIG, Vietnam focused private equity firms. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Finance from the Banking University, HCMC, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. He is fluent in Vietnamese and English.
