Ellin Kim is a Vice President based in Seoul. She has more than ten years of M&A advisory experience in the Korean market.

Before joining BDA, she has led the M&A Advisory Team of Cushman & Wakefield Korea for three years with a focus on the consumer & retail sector. She has successfully originated and executed both domestic and cross-border transactions for corporates and financial sponsors there. Before Cushman, she has worked in the Investment Banking Division M&A Advisory Teams of Standard Chartered Securities Korea and NH Investment & Securities and the M&A Corporate Finance Advisory Team of Deloitte. She holds BA in Economics from Emory University in the US. She speaks English, Korean, and Chinese.
