Dorothy Cai is a Senior Advisor. Since Joining BDA in 2010, she has advised both private equity and corporate clients on transactions across advanced industrial,chemical, consumer, and F&B sectors.

Before joining BDA, she worked for the equity research team of China International Capital Corporation (CICC).  Prior to that, Dorothy worked in Assurance and Advisory Business Service Department of Ernst & Young, where she provided auditing and internal control evaluation services to both MNCs and SOEs. Dorothy holds a MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and a Bachelor degree in Economics from Peking University. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.
