BDA advises Unitas on sale of Gourmet Noodle House to GreenTree Inns

BDA Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Unitas Capital, has completed the sale of casual dining chain Gourmet Noodle House to GreenTree Inns Hotel Management, an international hotel owner and operator based in China. Financial terms were not disclosed.
BDA was the exclusive financial advisor to Unitas on the transaction.
Headquartered in Shanghai, Gourmet Noodle House has received widespread customer acclaim for its signature tasty noodle dishes and excellent value for money, served in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Gourmet Noodle House was founded in 2009, and grew from a single shop into one of the largest noodle restaurant chains in China. Its development accelerated rapidly following Unitas’ investment in 2013, after which Gourmet Noodle House more than tripled its revenue, and opened over 50 new outlets across .
